As a distributor of Kertiles products, you will enjoy the following benefits :

• Kertiles will appoint you as Exclusive Distributor of the Kertiles line of interior decoration and building materials in a designated territory.

• As Distributor you will enjoy a 10% discount of dealer list prices, subject to meeting minimum purchase quotas agreed by the parties.

• At the end of the term, if Distributor exceeds the minimum annual purchase quotas by 25%, Distributor will receive a bonus of 1% of the over the quota yearly sales.

• The initial term of the exclusive distribution agreement will be for one year with option to renew the term.

In consideration to receiving the above benefits and incentives, among other contractual obligations, Distributor must meet certain minimum quarterly and annual sales targets and must acquire marketing and promotional materials for the Kertiles products.

Como distribuidor exclusivo de los productos de Kertiles, usted podrá disfrutar de los siguientes beneficios:

- Kertiles lo asignará como distribuidor exclusivo de la colección de Kertiles en un territorio específico.

- Como distribuidor, ustedes se beneficiará de un 10% de descuento de nuestra lista de precios, sujeto al cumplimiento de ventas mínimas acordadas por ambas partes.

- Si al final de cada término, el distribuidor supera sus compras en un 25% del mínimo establecido, el distribuidor recibirá un bono de un porciento de las ventas anuales.

- El término inicial como distribuidor exclusivo es de un año con opción a renovarse.


En consideración a todos los beneficios e incetivos mencionados anteriormente, entre otras responsabilidades contractuales, el Distribuidor deberá cumplir con unos requisitos mínimos de ventas anuales. Deberá adquirir los productos de mercadeo y promoción de nuestra línea Kertiles.
