As an exclusive representative of Kertiles products, you will enjoy the following benefits :

• Kertiles will appoint you as Exclusive Representative of the Kertiles line of interior decoration and building materials in a designated territory.

• As Representative you will enjoy a commission on ALL sales performed in your territory.

• At the end of the term, if sales in your territory exceed the projected minimum quotas, you will receive a bonus commission point on all extra sales.

• The initial term of the Exclusive Representative agreement will be for one year with option to renew the term.

In consideration to receiving the above benefits and incentives, among other contractual obligations, Exclusive Representatives must meet certain minimum quarterly and annual sales targets and must acquire marketing and promotional materials for the Kertiles products.
